I have been in the finance field since more the three decades. With fire in stomach to keep going and always adapt to circumstances have made me weather all the storms from early nineties. I like innovation and different thinking. Thoughts that too futuristic is the reason world and humanity has evolved. I am a chartered accountant with interest in project finance, which help, me to have taste of field like mergers and acquisition so was part of many of those transactions. With some interest in taxation (direct and indirect taxes) have been involved in advising NRI’s, multinationals and local companies. As mentioned earlier attraction for innovation have been involved in startup space for initial idea to funding execution and growing company on self -sustainable stage. I have been a lead auditor for ISO certification. Have cleared NCFM exam by lead stock exchange in India which made me involve in fraud finding by stock exchanges in securities market. Have qualified as DISA. To have taste of world best practices in field of taxation and business management did a executive MBA from WHARTON, USA which helps in Value Creation and Growth through Innovative Corporate Finance
